1. Right of return

You can return all items purchased in the Auto Bendig Online Shop without stating reasons within 14 days. The contract of sale only comes into effect through approval once the goods have been received, but at the last once the 14-day return period has elapsed. Goods must be dispatched on time to preserve the period. Returns must be made to:

2. Results of right of return

If goods are returned, services received by both parties must be returned and any usage taken there from surrendered (e.g. compensation). If goods are damaged compensation may be demanded. This does not apply if the damage to the goods may be solely attributed to their inspection – as would have been possible in a shop situation. Otherwise you can avoid the obligation to restore the value of the goods by not making use of them and refraining from doing anything which might affect their value.

3. Shipping/delivery costs

Shipping costs per order, independent of the value of the order and up to a total weight of 31.5 kg, are 6.50 EUR; if the delivery is carried out on a cash-on-delivery basis an additional supplement of 4.00 EUR will be charged. Any items which are over 31.5 kg and/or cannot be sent by package mail will be sent by an express service. The customer will be informed of the costs before the order is accepted. Generally items are shipped 3 to 5 working days after the order. These shipping costs apply to deliveries within Germany exclusively. For deliveries to Austria or Switzerland, the customer will be informed in advance of the shipping costs

4. Prices and methods of payment

The price indicated at the time of ordering applies. All prices include the legally valid VAT/GST. For exchange parts to legally applicable used part tax is charged on the value of the goods (10% of the value of the goods, of which the legally valid used parts tax). When ordering parts for exchange a used part deposit is charged which will be reimbursed when the used part is sent back. Please tell us your bank details when you do this. Depending on the results of a credit rating, Auto-Bendig GmbH may decide to exclude the possibility of certain forms of payment. When paying cash-on-delivery the purchase price (without cash-on-delivery fees) of returned goods will be reimbursed. Please tell us your bank details when you do this.

5. Rejection of orders

Auto-Bendig GmbH has the right to refuse online orders. Auto-Bendig GmbH has complete freedom to make this decision. If Auto-Bendig decides not to carry out an online order, Auto Bendig GmbH will inform the customer immediately. If a particular article cannot be delivered, we are obliged to inform you before the order is accepted about the unavailability of the item.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Data necessary for the transaction are saved and will be passed onto related companies or our service partners involved in processing the order. 8. Power of revocation

You can revoke your acceptance of the contract without needing to state reasons by informing us in writing, i.e. by letter, fax or email, or by returning the goods, within two weeks, calculated from the passing of the 14 days return period according to clause. 1. If the sale is revoked successfully, services received by both parties must be returned and any usage taken there from surrendered (e.g. compensation for use). If you can only return the goods in part or in a damaged condition, you must supply us with compensation where necessary. For end users (not dealers), the legal warranty period of 24 months applies to all new parts and exchanged parts as well as 6 months on all items which have been repaired. For full dealers, the legal warranty period of 12 months applies to all new parts and exchanged parts as well as 6 months on all items which have been repaired.
